Once this is done you can add players in-game as you used to be able to before the servers went poof. Hit 'Windows key + R', type Control Panel, enter.Now, download this and DO NOT LAUNCH YET.No idea why this happens, but this is a good time to close the game out (Alt + f4, task manager force quit, or simple close the game).
